What will you be doing?

As a manager, you’ll ensure that everything in the hospitality department runs smoothly. You’ll be visible on the work floor, support the team when needed, and know how to motivate colleagues to give their best every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and managing staff schedules.
Managing, guiding, and coaching the hospitality team on a daily basis.
Onboarding and training new employees.
Monitoring the quality of our service and hospitality.
Handling purchasing and managing inventory.
Overseeing cleaning, hygiene, and compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Identifying areas for improvement and addressing them together with the F&B manager.
Creating a pleasant work environment where colleagues can grow.

Who are we looking for?

You’re an enthusiastic leader who keeps a clear overview, even when things get busy. You know how to bring people together, address colleagues when necessary, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work.

Additionally:

You have proven experience in the hospitality industry.
You have leadership experience.
You’re good at planning and organizing.
You have an eye for quality, hygiene, and the guest experience.
Do you work in a structured manner and take responsibility?
Are you flexible in your availability, including evenings, weekends, and during holidays?
Are you fluent in Dutch? Knowledge of German and English is a plus.

Our guests come to 't Noorder Sandt for peace, space, and a well-maintained environment. Behind the scenes, we make sure every day that the campground looks its best and that everything works properly. Do you enjoy a mix of technical work and working outdoors? Then we’re looking for you!

What will you be doing?

No two days are the same. Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that the campground looks well-maintained and that our guests can fully enjoy their stay.

Your duties will include:

Maintaining buildings, facilities, and campsites.
Performing minor technical repairs and troubleshooting.
Maintaining playground equipment, paving, and other facilities.
Landscape maintenance, such as mowing, pruning, planting, and weed control.
Maintaining the campground and grounds so that everything looks neat and well-kept.
Assisting with projects and improvements at the campground.
Participating in on-call duty according to a schedule.

At Strandpaviljoen Zee van Tijd, everything revolves around hospitality, quality, and the guest experience. From a relaxed lunch on the terrace to an atmospheric wedding or corporate party: every day is different.

We’re looking for a Hospitality & Events Team Leader who can keep everything under control, inspire colleagues, and ensure that both our daily hospitality operations and our parties and events are organized down to the last detail.

What will you be doing?

No two days are the same. One day you’ll be leading the team during a busy lunch service; the next, you’ll be meeting with a bride and groom or preparing for a corporate event.

Your responsibilities will include:

Daily Food and Beverage Operations

Managing and supervising the team during their shift.
Assigning tasks and ensuring quality.
Pitching in on the floor when needed.
Responding to emails and processing reservations.
Purchasing and inventory management.
Identifying opportunities for improvement within the organization.

Events & Parties

Serve as the first point of contact for requests.
Discussing guests’ preferences with them.
Preparing quotes and finalizing agreements.
Creating event scripts.
Staffing plans.
Organizing the necessary purchases.
Coordinating the execution on the day of the event.
Maintaining contact with suppliers and clients.

In short: you ensure that everything behind the scenes is perfectly organized so that our guests can enjoy themselves without a care in the world.
