On our camping site we not only have tourist pitches and possibilities for renting accommodation, but we also have annual pitches for chalets. Many families have been enjoying their own spot at 't Noorder Sandt for generations. Here you always have the ultimate vacation feeling. The regular guests of the annual pitches have unlimited use of the facilities on the campsite!

I want to sell my Chalet, what should I do?

You want to sell your chalet, how does this work and what steps should you take?

First of all send an email to info@noordersandt.nl and let us know that you want to sell your chalet.

Is your chalet younger than 15 years old? Then we will register your chalet for an inspection by Second Home Check, an inspector will come to inspect your chalet and make a report.

If your chalet is older than 15 years, first someone from the management will come to determine whether the chalet can still be sold on the campsite. If this is the case, we sign your chalet up for an inspection by Second Home Check. An inspector will then visit your chalet to inspect it and make a report.

Please note! Inspections and transfers only take place in June and October.

If the chalet is approved you can put it up for sale, if you have found an interested party we proceed to the next steps.

If the interested party wants to buy the chalet, they make an appointment to meet with the management. From this interview it is decided whether the campsite will enter into an agreement with the interested party.

If it is decided that there is an agreement between the campsite and the interested party, the purchase can be made.

You as the current owner and the buyer make an appointment by e-mail to info@noordersandt.nl to make the transfer together with the management.

Attention! Inspections and transfers only take place during the months of June and October, for the inspection the following things have to be in order:

• Chalet not in winter mode during inspection
• Fill in and complete the checklist
• Keys present at the reception
